I like Oxfordshire, but am not deeply rooted having led a nomadic life and lived in rural areas as well as big cities. I had a flat in Notting Hill and now live in the countryside. As far as I can describe the unknowable, the man for me might be, a fellow comfortable in hI'mself, established, secure with a sense of humour. Not obsessively sportive. Cooking ability is always lovely in a man I think. Preferably someone who has lived a bit and not been too insular although stability can be a huge advantage. My criteria are very "plastic" as these lists of adjectives mean nothing. It's what you're like not what you do, isn't it? I need to be appreciated and to feel wanted and loved but equally offer all that to a deserving lucky person (joking - I am quite modest in the flesh as it were) I think I'd draw the line at kids at home.
