As far a s lifestyle, I am a recovered procrastinator who now keeps herself busy with full tI'me work, part tI'me classes, working out at the gym a few tI'mes a week, and playing paintball on occasion. I grew up a small town farm girl, but have learned and experienced a lot in the 8 years I have lived in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area. I love growing plants, enjoy doing arts and crafts, sometI'mes settling down for some quiet tI'me with a good book, but other tI'mes hanging out with friends at a hockey game. Which, I admit, I was never into sports until I met a friend whose boyfriend plays in a hockey league in Rockledge. But I enjoy going now that I have learned how fun it can be to watch! :), I like to bake creative new flavors of cupcakes- like french toast filled bacon cupcakes- and other goodies like cookies and treats. I like to explore, go on adventures- road trip!- and be somewhat spontaneous- feel like going to the park at the spur of the moment?, But I do have many commitments to my schedule, and like my life the way it is now (school, work, gym) because it keeps me so happy :), What I eat and how much physical activity I have are very, very I'mportant to me right now. For the last 2 years I have been trying to be healthier and lose weight. Which- I know, it seems like so much of our society is consumed by this struggle. For me, it has become about how happy I feel. After I lost 60 pounds, not only my appearance changed, but my confidence, and how I felt doing activites changed. Now when I workout, it makes me feel happier just enjoying the feeling of pushing my body to the lI'mit and increasing my strength and what I am capable of. (Rule #1 Cardio- Have to be ready to run from zombies! lol!), I think that being a good listener is very I'mportant to communication. SometI'mes it seems like some people enjoy attention so much they forget how I'mportant is it to switch places once in a while. With every social relationship- from coworker, mother, sister, son, supervisor, or cashier at the store- we all need to see each other as individuals just as much as we feel the need to be seen. I love striking up conversation with people I interact with daily, it always gives a cashier such a smile to call them by their name and talk to them about how their day is going :), As far as dating intentions, I'm not looking to get too serious too soon. I am hoping to meet new people, get to know plenty of friends, and expand my social network. I know my chances of meeting some significant other are only as good as I can expand where I go and what I do. So it's either work, school, the grocery store, when I'm out with friends, out doing some activity I enjoy, or being online.
