Okay Girls, new addendum RE: coffee/drinks/dinner. I’m kinda coffee/drinks/dinnered out. If what you write in your profile is a concoction of fantasy, viz. a list of things that you think sound interesting/fun but you don’t have any intention of actually doing, i. e. hiking, cycling, holding hands while talking and walking, slowly together in the Park. Enjoying the chill autumn air; admiring the light as it fades to a crepuscular backdrop that outlines two happy, laughing silhouettes, one barely distinguishable from the other… Anyway, the weathers too nice to be stuck in somewhere talking about…well let’s be honest; talking about stuff that amounts to very little. Am I the only one here that detects a seemingly formatted pattern to most of these meetings?. Come on Girls we're not that old and predictable are we? At the same tI'me I’m quite a romantic idealist at heart, and this sometI'mes causes me a degree of internal conflict when it comes to daily affairs (I am sensitive but, I assure you, not fragile. ). Life is so disorderly! I am pretty upfront about myself and the way I’m feeling. I’m surely not the Sensitive New Age Guy that Christine Levin sings about but I certainly am in touch with my emotions. However, I have been told I often appear somewhat outwardly stoic to others. Honesty, monogamy, and sexual compatibility are the 3 most I'mportant things to me when it comes to a romantic relationship. Of course these cornerstones presuppose a mutual respect for and empathetic understanding of each other as individually autonomous beings. When all these qualities are reciprocally accepted and in line everything else in the relationship just naturally falls into place. I find any other “issues” practically resolve themselves when launched from this platform. Some other things about myself: I’ve been told my sense of humor is somewhat dry. I suppose that’s true. I think I’m hilarious, but a lot of folks often do miss my subtle innuendos. At tI'mes I have a tendency to be a bit sarcastic too. Only in a sensitive, politically correct way though – yeah, right. Some circumstances can bring out the “ball-buster” in me, and I can be a “wise guy” as well. Although I can take it as well as give it. There is not much I take personally. I’m not easily insulted and I get over things quickly. I don’t hold grudges, that’s just too much work. I’m not lazy. If anything I’m overly proactive. I like to be prepared as I can for contingencies. Though I’ve been told I respond with startling alacrity to the unexpected. I can be, and often am, spontaneous in many ways. But overall I’d say I prefer order over chaos. Generally I am well organized & rather disciplined.
