How does a guy describe hI'mself? I am single obviously, but I have not been married before and it is the one thing I thought I would have done a long tI'me ago. I am not really sure how I managed to miss the boat on that one. I really would love you get married, but I won't do it just because. I have high standards and expectations of myself so I am looking for someone who has the same for themselves. I find it hard to follow anyone for any reason, I am a leader and tend to take control in almost everything I do. That too has a lot to do with being single. I have had long term relationships before, but I have learned to not count on anyone for anything so I do not wait for someone else to do anything for me, I just do it. I would love to find someone who likes many of the same things I do, but I am also looking for someone who is my opposite in many areas. That will make a far better team to face the world than two people who who are exactly the same. I like to cook, walk, bike, garden, build, remodel, travel when I can, and so many other things. I like going to the movies, watching TV, sports, especially Viking's football, but playing some sports too, golf, volleyball, and some other things. I am not much on winter sports, much more of a homebody in the winter months. So it helps that I have a real wood fireplace to warm up next to. I do have a son. We do as much as we can when we get together, but the battle between his mother and I continues. I am sure some of you know how that goes. But if we liked each other we'd probably still be together, right? I love my son very much and until I am sure that I am with someone very special to me, that I want around me for a long tI'me, I will not involve hI'm in my personal relationships. I just can't do that to hI'm. I am self employed and work all hours of that day and night. Gotta take the money when I can get it in this economy. I am hoping to find someone who can help with some aspects of my business as well. Keep it a family affair. My family has owned their own businesses for as long as I have been around, I am no different. When it comes to women whom I find attractive, I usually am attracted to women who are, in my opinion, normal. Normal is not the skinny chicks, but not the BBW's either. I think normal is a lady who is around 5'5"-6', about 120-160lbs, around a 6-14 jeans, and maybe a 32D. That is about average, or normal to me. But what attracts me to someone is what I see in her eyes. There is a certain sparkle, a glint that says, she's the one! The woman can be perfect on paper, look like everything you want, even after talking a few tI'mes she could be perfect, then you meet. There she is and she is so beautiful, but there is nothing. No feeling, no spark, no chemistry. So if she is hot, but there is nothing else, there is never going to be anything between you. There has to be a spark there, a feeling that is mutual and the heat can be felt across the room! After you meet and you cannot be torn apart by a semi truck, then you know there is something very special and you can't let it go. That is what I am looking for! Until I find that, I am not going to be happy! So let's chat and see if we can find some HEAT!
