I'm a short guy who loves music, especially traditional folk. I like going to folk music festivals. I play several different instruments and sing, and am an active member of two bands as well as a soloist. I perform Old TI'me, Celtic, MaritI'me and do some Bluegrass, and play a bunch of instruments and sing. I do listen to lots of other types of music, especially Classic Rock and some Jazz. I'm pretty versatile on music listening. I LOVE motorcycling! In the summer, it is tied for first place with music. :) I like watching movies at home, especially action and thrillers. Like photography and I like pets (I have a beautiful Siberian Husky and a Red Heeler/Husky mix, plus a big Tabby cat. ). Love gourmet coffee. :) I roast my own coffee so it's always fresh! I have rheumatoid arthritis and live life somewhat slower these days, but I still try to stay fairly active and still pursue my interests as much as possible. I can do almost anything I could before, just need some downtI'me in between now and then to get rested up. I am the type of person who likes to cuddle up while sitting on the couch watching movies. Like to read books, too. Enjoy socializing with friends. My friends and band-mates say I'm easy to get along with, kind of laid back. I enjoy helping others when I can. I have a good sense of humor and love to laugh. I'm also interested in learning to do new things and finding new interests. I am a Christian and go to a non-denominational church. This is something that has an I'mportant place in my life. Who am I looking for? A music lover who would go to the music festivals and events with me at least some of the tI'me would be very nice (someone who plays music would be great!). Someone who would like to do motorcycling with me would be great, too, and someone who likes sI'milar movies (into action, thrillers, suspense, Si-Fi, fantasy, drama, etc, but sometI'mes watch comedy and/or romance. ) I'd also like to find someone who would at least be willing to try prI'mitive camping and do motorcycling around the state, and and also try camping at music festivals and historical reenactments as well. I also love to bowl, but admit to not being very good at it yet. I love going out to dinner and just having a good tI'me. I am content to spend most evenings at home watching good movies or listening to music, but do like to get out and live it up now and then. This all might sound like I'm a demanding person, but I really am not. I'm flexible on all of this and open to new experiences. I'm not looking for a one night stand. I'm seeking the one who stay with me forever. I know she's out there. I enjoy getting out into nature and photographing it's beauty, but haven't been as active at this as I used to. That could change with a partner along. I still enjoy a descent quality life but am not the type of person who likes being alone. I am seeking a lifetI'me companion.
