I am a single male with no children, fed up with trying to find the "one", and then have a child. I have been without a deep, meaningful relationship for 10 years now. Last one left me broken for so many years that I swore to never let a woman crush me like that again. And I haven't. :) The down side to that is it's hard to have a family when you don't let people get too close. My "biological clock" has been going off for years. I have wanted to be a father more than anything since I lost my virginity (more stories for another tI'me). Finding a mate in the traditional fashion has proved ineffective, and I want to have a child before I'm too old to see that child grow up. Having a child outside of a tradition relationship would be better than having a kid, then breaking up like most do. There wouldn't be the fighting, anger, or anI'mosity between the parents. In this day and age, littered with failed families, I believe a family union created for the sole purpose of bringing life into the world has a far greater chance of surviving and prospering. Mother should be close in geographic location, or at least willing to stay with me during pregnancy. I want to be there for every part of my child's life, from conception on. I would prefer a woman who does not already have children. No drugs. Healthy genetics, attractive (Ginger preferably, but not necessary), and good family values are traits that are a must. Joint custody from the beginning is what I want, so there isn't a "battle" over custody later. I believe a child should have both parents in their life equally. To be upfront yet in no way offensive, due to past experience (story for another tI'me) I would require a paternity test once the child is born. SI'mply to elI'minate there ever being any question of paternity, in my mind or anyone else's. I just need a woman (single or in an "understanding" relationship) wanting and willing to be a good mother. If you are interested, send me a message. Only serious replies will be considered. And if things develop beyond parents, great! That would be even better. I am a good and honorable man, and have more love in me than any family needs. The smoking is a goal to go for after I lose more weight, so it will be easier to keep off. I am not a health freak, I just want to live a better life. I can give with the smoking, I won't hold it against someone. I plan on finishing school and working towards getting my life back together. I know what I want and I am going to get it. Would like someone who is goal oriented. I am not talking about "planning every hour of the day" kinda oriented, but someone who has goals and is working towards accomplishing them regardless of insignifigance or enormous.
