I currently spend the majority of my tI'me getting burned, cut and setting things on fire behind the scenes at one of the best restaurants in Chicago. MY passion in life is cooking, I have been doing it since I was a child, and my first job in a kitchen was when I was 11. So if you ever ate somewhere and wanted to know what the cook was like who made your dinner, I'm a good example. In an intense, fast paced, loud kitchen it can be very difficult to see women let alone meet one that speaks enough English to be asked on a date. I love trying new restaurants, and eating with someone who is willing to try new things. I'm working towards owning my own restaurant in the near future, it may sound cliche but a pizzeria(I make the best) is my current dream. I like listening to live music, mostly rock n roll, electronic, and anything other than country. I love watching the Cubs from the bleachers, the Blackhawks from behind the glass, and the bulls in a bar with lots of friends. I find humor in everything which most consider sarcasm.
