I live on Sandusky Bay(Lake Erie) where being on the water is great, Almost a Shangraula because Marblehead re-directs most of the bad weather toward the snow belt east of us and it misses us completely. It is a small town but summer brings many people to Cedar Point. I live in an old House built for the first Judge in Sandusky in 1865 and was part of the UnderGround Railroad system for slaves in the Civil war. I have many children ( Yours, mine, ours and theirs) Actually 7 of them were AFS Foreighn Exchange students. Been divorced 11 years, Retired last year. TI'me to enjoy life and the special sunsets here and mild weather. I have my little piece of heaven right here in Sandusky, Ohio. I can sit on my deck outside and see the Sandusky Bay & Cedar Point. The town is small, but big enough to have plenty to do. Althought I havent ridden in over a year because of a heart attack, I am ready to start riding again this next summer. I love riding my Goldwing on the warm evenings on slow country rides, having a great dinner with someone special and spoiling my lady. True love is Hard to Find, I'mpossible to leave and forget. I enjoy most all activities, but not too much into sports. I like working on my 1865 Victorian house and hope to someday finish the restoration. I just finished putting in 2 new furnace heating systems this year/Jan 2012 and weatherizing the house for all the air leaks right now. WOW what a differance. I was in the military for 18 years, started in the Army 7 years and transfered to the Air Force 11 years(Red Horse). I was Director of Training and Personnel and First Sergeant. I owned my own Home I'mprovements business for 17 years and we did all types of remodeling, new construction, and so much more. I am Wingrider100 at y ahoo and would love to hear from you. For those who the motercycle is a problem, it is not my life, just a pleasure I enjoy but I realize not everyone likes them. I would consider not riding for the right person is that was the only reason not to be. That someone special would be worth it. Isn't life worth taking a chance again?
