I look forward to the day I walk into our church with a desirving lady at my side. That being said:, If someone wants you, nothing can keep them away. If they don't want you, nothing can make them stay. Stop making excuses for someone and their behavior. Allow your intuition (or spirit) to save you from heartache. Stop trying to change yourselves for a relationship that's not meant to be. Never live your life for someone before you find what makes you truly happy. If a relationship ends because mistreats you as you deserve then heck no, you can't "be friends. " A friend wouldn't mistreat a friend. Don't settle, If you feel like you are being strung along, they probably are. Don't stay because you think "it will get better. " You'll be mad at yourself a year later for staying when things are not better. The only person you can control in a relationship is you. Always have your own set of friends separate, as well as one's in common. Maintain boundaries in how someone treats you. If something bothers you, speak up. You cannot change their behavior. Change comes from within. Don't EVER make someone feel they are more I'mportant than you are ... ever, Do not make them into a quasi-god. They are human beings, nothing more nothing less. Never let someone define who you are. Never borrow someone else's someone.
