It has been a long tI'me since I "dated" and I am a bit out of practice - have things changed much over the years?? I tend to be an optI'mist - usually see the glass as "half-full". I enjoy life, I love to laugh and live in the moment, and anxious to try new things. Love the theatre - would give up my first born for tickets to "The Book of Mormon" (OK - kidding). Also content reading a good book at the beach or at home with a bowl of popcorn and an apple (something my mom and I did growing up) on a rainy or cold day in front of a fire (it gets cold enough for a fire here once in awhile!). I love most music - especially blues, rock, jazz, and classical (bluegrass - yes, country - take a pass). I love to dance - recently learned a little Swing and Salsa dancing and think it would be great to find someone to practice with. I only recently started to enjoy cooking so I can't really entice you with my culinary expertise (sorry - I can't be good at everything!) - could use a little guidance in that department. I am from Chicago and admit to being a Sox AND Cubs fan - I know they seem mutually exclusive but I have reconciled the conflict and enjoy them both for different reasons. I have traveled up and down the East coast and look forward to exploring west of the Mississippi. I traveled abroad a few tI'mes and hope to return.
