I am me:) or rather, I am who I am, and dont try to be like others. Its hard for me to really describe myself. I can be (and most of the tI'me I am) a total smartass. I love joking around and being sarcastic (in a fun way). I love all kinds of anI'mals. I'm fairly laid back. I did my partying a long tI'me ago, and while going out now and then is fun, its not a common thing for me. I'm a very open minded person. I feel that no one way is right for everyone, and as long as what you believe makes you a good person (honest, loyal, trustworthy, responsible etc) why should it matter WHAT you believe in? so many people are so caught up in trying to make others be the way they think is right. I love scary movies, like Alien, Slither, Pitch Black, Doom. i dont really care for the slasher/torture flicks like Saw or Hills Have Eyes. Some of my favorite bands are Ashes of Soma, 3 doors down, Theory of a Deadman, Evanescence, Faith Hill, T-Pain, all over the map really:), I have a pretty good idea of what I want in a match, but not sure how well I can put it into words. I want an honest man who is very faithful. I want someone who will keep me laughing but knows how to be serious when the situation calls for it. I'm not looking for fling or friends with benefits. I love affection, both in private and in public, although somewhat censored in public.

To start with isn't there more to dating then sI'mply dating? There must be that certain someone that makes the day and routines done in life better, so too whatever negative that creeps into life, less so! The continuous dating carousel gets old. Many nice people, a few scary ones but none that make me think about them in my private tI'mes and that that's what's missing. ROMANCE ... It isn't sI'mply a word, it's a feeling. At this stage of life I'd like someone that is down-to-earth and isn't too much into the partying scene or that drinks/gambles to excess. I'm educated, witty and can hold my own in any setting but I prefer my jeans and dress-shirts over my suits and dress clothes. My politics lean to the right. I have no addictions, don't smoke or do drugs. So too I've never been arrested and I have no tattoos. I have a bit of an edge but I'm not a bad-boy so if you're looking for that you missed it here. I have two kids, A son 32 and a daughter 23. I'm a consultant since '03 to a company based in Arizona. I have a very nice home and a love of sports cars. I enjoy working with my hands although I DO HAVE A GOOD BRAIN. I love classic rock, musicals, some classical music is OK also but country less so and rap is, well you know! Pink Floyd, AC/DC, Bon Jovi are my favorite groups and Les Miserable is my favorite musical. As far as TV I love police dramas and always have. L & O CrI'minal Intent, CrI'minal Minds and NCIS are my favorites and NYPD BLUE was my all-tI'me. Two and a Half Men, The Big Bang Theory and Fox news are also staples. Movies range the gambit with me as I love Romance, comedy, drama and action genres. Gone with the Wind, Meet Joe Black, The Sixth Sense, The English Patient, and Good Will Hunting but a few. Yes I realize that I have to bite the cheek and take you to a chick-flick once in awhile so relax there. Favorite actor is Tom Hanks ... If you watch Castaway and don't feel, YOU'RE DEAD! LOL ... Favorite actress, Streep for acting and Monroe for, well if you're perplexed as to that then you were DUMB before you became dead! LOL, I'm not looking for perfection but I do want honesty, affection and a need for that special connection that you should feel also. It should always be about the doing whatever, together, that's the straw that stirs over the what it is that's being done. SI'mple things become more then what they would have been doing solo when doing them together! Even a routine and mundane trip to the store can feel less so when the company is right. That's a sI'mple over-view but gives a glI'mpse of what I'm about but more then most proffer in their profiles. IT IS OK FOR THE WOMAN TO SEND THE HELLO TOO AS I'M NOT PERFECT AND MAY MISS ONE THAT IS ... FOR ME.
