Hey! My name is Blake and I'm not really sure what to put here lol, A little about myself, I enlisted in the navy as a corpsman (combat medic) for marines I was in for 5 years. In those 5 years 2 years were spent in California, 2 years were in North Carolina, 6 months in Illinois, and 6 months on a combat tour to Iraq with the marine infantry. I recently got out of the navy and I'm finally getting a chance to enjoy some freedom. I'm starting school soon to become a nurse with a masters in anesthesia. For fun I like to surf, skateboard, work out, hang out with friends, watch movies, and pretty much anything. I'm the type of guy that it doesn't really matter what I am doing I always find a way to have fun. I'll be happy whether I'm at a bar drinking or if I'm staying home watching movies or tv. Recently divorced ... a short marriage, but realized we were both very unhappy ... me because there was never any tenderness or touching ... hI'm?? who knows. but now moving onward. I'm a young looking Mom to 8 wonderful grown children, most of whom live in New England ... I was born and raised in Newport R I. Moved here 5 years ago, and feel kind of isolated ... but have many friends in Jacksonville, and drive there twice a week to bowl ... and perhaps a couple more tI'mes a week to go to lunch, etc. I'm mostly independent(another word for stubborn?) and go to the Carmike theatre on my own most week-ends just to get out ... love to read ... mostly English suspense novels ... have traveled to the Uk several tI'mes ... loved italy ... My dream of a cruise thru the inner passage of Alaska was realized over a year ago ... would go again with the right person this tI'me!
