Hi there, I'm Crystal, I’m 25 years old, I have a heart of gold, which you might think is kind of lame but it is the honest to god truth, I have through a lot so I am very mature for my age. I am currently going to school to get my associates degree in Psychology. I plan on going all the way in school as far as getting my PhD in Psychology! Oh by the way, I live in a small town Jamestown NY ... I also own my own van. I have long brown hair, blue eyes, and I’m thick about a size 18 in pants. About 5'2" or 5'3" and on the thicker side ... lol ... just right if you ask me ... When I was a baby at the beginning stages of walking my parents noticed I would use my chin to pull me up into standing position, I was then diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy type II or III. SMA is a type of Muscular Dystrophy. Please don’t be put off because I have this neuro-muscular disease. I am still a normal human being but wait one thing do you mind that I am very smart? I sure hope not! However, you should know that I am in a wheelchair. Spinal Muscular Atrophy weakens my muscles, which basically means that everything you and my friends can do are all really difficult or I do them really slow but can still do them. For the longest tI'me my doctors told me I would NEVER have or be able to have children so I HAD to prove them wrong! Of course I proved them wrong I gave birth to a healthy beautiful baby GIRL on August 8th, 2007 at 9:20 P. M. at Buffalo Children’s Hospital. They were the best Doctors I have ever had! It has now been 4 years since and Juliet Rose is doing AWESOME! My favorite colors are blue, purple, and black. I like to watch a little bit of TV. And I like to watch ER, House and Law and Order: SVU. As far as movies go, I love HORROR, comedy, action, romance, and dramas. I love to listen to music my fav is country but I listen to everything I’m not very picky. I am looking for the right man for me I am tired of always being hurt and let me tell you, don't do it cause now my lil girl is involved and I don’t want to see her become attached to someone and then have something bad happen and that male is no longer in OUR lives. I am outgoing, fun, loveable, laughable, caring, sincere and successful, I try again even if I don't succeed the first few tI'mes! I am looking for a man with the same attributes as I have! My name is Corey Hayes. Many of my friends sI'mply call me Doc because my favorite historical figure is Doc Holliday. When I was younger, my mother had quite the relationship issues. She divorced my father in 1****6 and from there she married into another family from Georgia. Needless to say, we moved south. That marriage, like many others, had it's ups and downs. However, one day in 2002, it so happened that it stayed down. From my perspective I had three families, one in Georgia and two in North Carolina. I vowed to myself that I would never put my own kids through what I had to go through. I went to 1** schools, always had to be the new guy and worst of all I was a kindhearted person ... which in the end made me extremely naive and vulnerable. At the age of 16, I became a manager for the Hardees in Stanley, North Carolina. It was then that I met someone who I thought would be with me forever. This was by far not my first serious relationship, but I felt oddly about this one. Only in the future would I have known it was a bad feeling. Like many teenagers before me, love blinded me. I cared and gave up many things for this idea called love. At the age of 1**, I was offered a managing position at the infamous Wal-Mart. Of course, I took it right away. At the same tI'me ... I found out that I had a baby on the way. When I found out, it was like a scene from a romance movie ... I picked my fiance up, twirled her around while smiling the biggest any man had smiled before. Nine months later, my son Matthew was born. My life was surreal. I owned my car, fully paid off and I was only 5 years away from owning my first home. It was ... perfect. But just like any fairytale ... within a twenty four hour period, my life begin to crumble. I trusted my fiance because then, I believed in true love ... but I trusted her too much. She wanted to become a stripper and against every fiber in my body telling me no, I let her do it. I wanted her to fulfill her dreams no matter the sacrifice I had to act upon. However, with that, a great sacrifice had to be made. Someone had to stay home with my newborn son. So I quit my job to take care of my son, to raise hI'm and teach hI'm as a father because my own was never there for me. Everything was fine for awhile ... until the girl I fell for decided that the life she was living needed to be edited like a piece of film. On Valentine's Day of 2011, she ran off with a man three tI'mes her age for whatever reasons she deemed necessary and left me and my son to fend for ourselves. So here I am, months after this all happened. I have lost my home, my job and everything I worked so hard for in just the blink of an eye. I am back where I started ... what many people would call rock bottom. The guy I once was, the guy who cared and loved without holding back, died that Valentine's Day. And everyday for months after that, a little piece inside hI'm would fade away until there was no soul left. Don't think of me as heartless, even though it may appear that way now. I am still down on my knees, but I will get up again. I will stand tall for myself and my son and no one will stand in my way again. From this point on, until I reach my goals and start my life again, every morning that I wake up ... I put on my mask. I am sI'mply looking for miss right and is not afraid to take rough steps with me.
