It is quite likely that I am unlike anyone you have ever met before. There are not many of my kind around, we are quite rare for some reason. I am awake, in contrast, the majority of people are sleepwalking through life. I maintain a very realistic outlook on life and I do not believe in anything that is not readily apparent and scientifically provable. I dislike people who are unable to accept rational facts, especially when the facts make them uncomfortable. I adore people who have the courage to stare into the face of their own mortality without the drug of religion and accept the end with stoic fortitude. I believe that we are given a gift each day we are alive - perhaps this really is why they call it the present? I think the current state of the American union is pathetic and I don't believe that America can survive for much longer in its current form. That does not mean that I believe (or accept) that America is doomed!) I support an end to the current madness that is being proffered as our government and a return to government, of the people (and not the politician) by the people and for the people. I want to live in a safe world, but I do not want to be video tapped, wire tapped or micro chipped to secure that safety. I will not allow some f*cktard to touch my junk, my wife's junk or my child's junk to secure the right to travel by air, ever! I would happily kill another person to defend the members of my family and would expect nothing less from my family members. I own and can use a wide variety and caliber of firearms. I don't believe that survival needs to be torture, but I do want to and plan to survive - I am prepared! I detest the city and long to live in the country - that is a 5 year goal. I hate Ohio winters and I want to move to a more southerly state - also a 5 year goal. I enjoy gardening, canning and preserving my own food. I am not the least bit bisexual or homosexual and I do not care to have anyone of that persuasion around me or my family ever, for any reason. I fix my own vehicles, I repair appliances and I can whip a furnace into functional condition for the most part. I am very do it yourself oriented! I read copious amounts of various materials - mostly nonfiction, but I do love King, Hinton, Twain etc. I am highly computer literate - I learned on a TI'mex Sinclair 1000 if that tells you anything! I was into computers before computers were cool and came in fashion colors. I am a very good cook! I can make one hell of a pizza! I don't smoke (coffin nails nor joints) I might not mind if you blazed once in a blue moon - might even join you(can make for interesting congress), but I don't want to live with someone who is high 24/7; I also don't want a nicotine consumer in my life at all - or anyone who is addicted to anything for that matter - just a bad scene that I don't want to live with. I drink rarely if at all - I have to be in the mood and then I might have a beer or two - don't like getting drunk much anymore, got that outta my system when I was in my teens (kinda lost the thrill when it became legal, ya know) don't mind if you drink in moderation - don't want someone who likes to get ripped up regularly, also a bad scene I don't want to live with. I love sex (and no I am not a pervert ... I am human ... humans like sex ... if they didn't there would not be so many of us ... get over it!) and I want someone who can appreciate sex. People who think sex is dirty, a chore, a duty etc. are not interesting to me. They are, for the most part, disturbed, misinformed or potentially an abuse survivor. If you are unable to derive pleasure from sex you are either with the wrong person (happens) of you need to seek professional help to figure out why ... you don't know what your are missing. I think sex is rather like a complicated dance ... a lot more fun when you are with a long tI'me dance partner, than when you are cutting in for a quick tango. I don't do god, the devil, Buddha, the great mother, the great father, the great spirit or any other higher entities that can supposedly control my destiny - I control my destiny and I am responsible for my actions, good and bad, and I accept the consequences - I don't cop out and blame it on god! I think religion is a crock of bullsh*t and I ain't got tI'me for bullsh*t. If you believe in the tooth fairy for fun, that's cool - if you believe the tooth fairy might send you to eternal torment because you forgot to place a tooth under your pillow, that is a very different thing. I believe there are no stupid questions (I am not so sure about stupid people anymore). If you don't know something, you ask.
