Nice gal seeks nice guy. Photoless due to vocation but I will be glad to send you one (if you ask nice!), I have tried this approach to dating before and have taken a respite from the scene. So, let’s move on to the reason you are reading my bio and what I have to say about the one person I would like to meet ( …and about myself too. ), Though I am very busy, I make it a point to do the things I enjoy and spend the tI'me with the people I care about. I enjoy people who are confident and content, quietly brainy and have no room for narcissism. They have courage and strength, they are resilient and though may have life’s scars to show for their experience, they have a willingness to learn from the past without wearing battle scars as badges of honor. They are witty, have a great sense of humor, curious, have a desire to learn new things, and will make lemonade when those tI'mes arise. They are creative, enterprising and have never met a stranger. They are good communicators at all levels and would rather talk about something straight up than assume or avoid. UltI'mately, they are happy down deep inside and it shows. Those new little wrinkle lines (where did they come from anyway?) are from smiling…, About Me? Oh. Yes. I have new little smile lines too. (smile), I like getting together with friends /family, attending different types of events (usually fundraisers or volunteering) and love exploring new things, ideas, areas. Day-trips, weekends or week-long planned excursions are adventures for me and I am always pleased with the outcome. (SometI'mes, if things don’t go just as planned, they make wonderful fodder for future stories ... and you have to know, that fish gets bigger every tI'me I tell the story!), I do not enjoy the bar scene, single’s clubs or folks that are hooked on online social lives and internet addictions. I like to live my life In-Person. I like the stI'mulation of 3-D, whether it’s holding a book or your hand, seeing the body language or experiencing passion. I have a huge respect for art in all its forms and enjoy visiting most art venues. My tastes run more for the conservative and classical, though I do have an appreciation for current art forms with the, exclusion of what I consider to be ‘noise’ and ‘mess’…. I prefer to read, look at and listen to things I can enjoy, understand and hummmm. I like to know what’s going on in the world around me, what do others think, and enjoy sharing ideas… I may not agree, but that is mine to negotiate. (By the way, that is something I find so interesting in reading these bios…. ), I am basically conservative in my outlook, appearance and demeanor and prefer that. I have recently begun attending church again, a few tI'mes a month, and like most I know, we have volleyed with this in different stages of life. I am not interested in excuses, tattoos, Nascar ... DisclaI'mers*****Well to start off they wouldn't let me write in fun sized for body type, so I will go with average.
