Working single woman, originally from Boston and a big Redsox fan, have 2 older teens, with me sometI'mes, an interesting career that I love and is more like a hobby. At work, very busy, a job that requires high energy and extreme dedication if done well. I'm considered an expert at what I do, (took a lot of work to get there) and do a lot of teaching, mainly hands on, which I love; the younger people keep me up to date on music and show me how to use my various university required apple devices. I have, well, a ton of vacation, which I would say I've earned, yet I think it's unfair when I see what others I work with do, and the inequity in the system. I don't take work, pretty much ever, home and people are always surprised at what I'm like out of work. Out of work I'm relaxed, calm and just like to enjoy myself; with friend, family and a variety of very varied activities. I love to dance, though I'm far from a Fred Astaire, but self conscious I certainly am not. I love music and listen to a wide variety, even what my 18 year old son recommends. I love movies and won't tell you what my favorite movie is, but I'm teased about it often. I'm a swI'mmer, its my meditation tI'me, and a former competitive horseback rider (didn't care too much for the crowd in that world) and in my earlier days a racehorse rider, (long ago and race horse riding stopped when weighing in and staying under a 100 pounds grew tiresome (I also love to eat and while like dining out I prefer cooking and eating at home). Outdoors, doing pretty much anything, is where I prefer to be. Some think I'm funny, (not my kids), or at least entertaining. My friend come from all walks of life and all ages. So what am I looking for in a man, I'm not quite sure because I haven't had it in a while. I was married, which I did a bit later in life, but it wasn't for me, or he wasn't. Want to meet men that are truly intelligent, relaxed, happy with who they are, sense of humor I'mportant, hopefully into at least, some outdoor sports (not looking for Rocky), & some indoor activities, (no further clarification), a true friend & lover, without true friendship, one be have a true lover.
