I also believe that the musical era died when John Travolta got old. -I am a jeans and t-shirt kinda girl. -But, I still love going out all dressed up with the girls. -I love singing, but I am terribly afraid of being in front of crowds. -However, singing in the car at the top of my lungs with my friends is a must. -The sunset over the ocean is the most breathtaking experience. -I couldn't survive without my planner or my camera. -I learned how to play cards from my great grandma. I grew up playing gin rummy. -I love football. Many may not know, but you can find me yelling in the stands or at the T. V. during games. -The Florida Gators are my fav. football team. -I love my best friends. It's even better that a few are guys and a few are girls. -I love sweet tea. -I love the pina colada flavor. -Fall is my favorite season. -Southern accents are great. Mine isn't just a southern accent; it's a Tellico accent. -Walt Disney was a genius. At 2**, I still love Disney movies and the Disney channel. -In the summer, you can pretty much find me in Old Navy flip-flops all the tI'me. -It takes a lot to make me mad. If I do, it never lasts. The smile is there 2**/7. -I love conversations at family dinners. -I thought I was in love twice. Both of those guys cheated on me. I've only fully given my heart to one person and I'm still trying to heal from those scars. -I've had my share of heartaches. -I am goofy ... 2**/7. -I fail at something every day. But, I get up and try again. -If I call you a jerkface, don't take me seriously. It's one of those words that I use daily. -I have never dyed my hair. This is my natural color. -I am so fair-skinned. Hi ... I am your average single mother ... I own my own home and enjoy working in and around it. I've raised two fine sons who are out on their own and I have an 11 year old son at home. While he is my prirority, I have learned that it is all too soon that they are off and on their own. As it is, he has his friends and things to do and spends less and less tI'me at home with me. I can usually keep myself busy with things around the house or find something to do outside the home, I'd like to find that special someone to share these things with or find some new interests to share. I like to do a lot of things ... most of which are not fun to do alone. It's been a few years that I have been single, but my prI'mary concentration was on raising my son, working and going to school. I am monogamous when in a relationship and prefer a man who feels the same way. I am utI'mately hoping for something long term. The "man of my dreams" will have children of his own (still at home or grown and out of the house). He will be a non-smoker. Though he might drink on occasion, he should not have a drinking problem or use illegal drugs. He should be willing to communicate ... I realized long ago that I cannot read minds ... though being a woman I still try(and usually fail epically). If we cannot communicate, the odds of making a relationship work are pretty slI'm. He should live within 25 miles. (Closer's better) I'm not looking for a long distance relationship. I'm not the princess type. I've lived single for years and am pretty independent. I'd like a partner ... someone who shares in the housework, yardwork, decision making and FUN! I tend to stay at home a lot these days but I'd love to get out more and do things. I'm no longer 20 though ... so while I still enjoy hiking and biking, you won't catch me clI'mbing Mt. Everest (or even Monadnock ... though I enjoy Wachusett Mountain very much ... especially in the fall). I'm not afraid to try new things and there are a lot of things I haven't tried ... and thousands of things I'd love to try. I'm not rich ... and not looking to be. I earn enough to pay the bills and often have some to spare for fun stuff. There are a lot of fun things we can do for little or no cost.
