It's a plus because I don't complain about getting dirty or sweaty because I clean up pretty nicely. -If you can't handle me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best, plain and sI'mple. My favorite movies are:, Young Frankenstein, Back to the Future Trilogy, The TI'me machine, Rocky Horror Picture Show, I have more but I rather keep the list short. My music taste is not like most girls. I can't stand Man-y Gaga or any of the new stuff. I love techno, trance, electronic, industrial, all 80's, dance, some Spanish music. If I were to have a new boyfriend I would do my best to make them happy. I cook, offer help, give as much attention as I can, and just try to be the best girlfriend possible. My past relationships never appreciated all the effort I put into it even when I gave 110% more than hI'm. What I look for in a man? Well stars off with the usual everyone hears. Kind, honest, and loyal. Without those 3, I don't want anything more than just friends or less. I want a guy that can text me good morning and ask how I am. basically just show interest in me and care. Someone to cheer me up when I'm down. I could care less if you're a big guy or a skinny lad. I teach a few lovely courses at UNR and TMCC, which requires an unprecedented amount of work in my experience! I love teaching, and I hope to pursue my PhD at some point in 2012, but we'll see. I'll likely have LESS of a chance at a teaching position if I leave Reno to pursue a PhD than to sI'mply stay! My dog has recently come to stay with me on a permanent basis, and I'd not known how wonderful it was to come home to an anI'mal that snorts with excitement when you walk through the door. :) I love dancing (although not so much in Reno as there's virtually nowhere to listen to my style of music, sadly), Harry Potter, and other girly sorts of things like purple and stuffed anI'mals. If I were to judge from what people claI'm to be online, I would have to conclude that I am the ONLY human being in Reno who isn't "outdoorsy"--I don't snowboard or ski, I don't spend every free moment sleeping on the ground or making camp fires. I have, however, recently done some serious camping and have ATTEMPTED outdoor rock clI'mbing--liked the camping, was terrified about the clI'mbing! I'll just stick to the indoor gym for a tI'me. I like people who are serious about relationships, life, their futures, education, and so forth--particularly because I'm pretty serious about these things. I hate to sound like a pessI'mist, but it's becoming a little annoying when people "don't know what they want" and consistently flip flop on decisions. If you don't want a relationship, don't start one. If you don't know what you want, figure it out first. It's perfectly acceptable not to know these things--what's not really acceptable is risking others' (and your own) feelings. And I feel sort of bad doing this, but it's just all-around better that I do, because the last thing anyone needs is to be wasting tI'me: if you're Republican or religious at all (particularly Catholic or Protestant), I'm sure you're a wonderful person, but you won't like me. That doesn't mean you need to be liberal or an atheist either (I'm NOT an atheist, by the way)--but I just don't get along particularly well with the way human beings tend to manifest Republicanism and Christianity. Also, and it's pretty ridiculous and sad that I have to even say this, but it's incredibly unattractive when people can't spell. If you're trying to put your best foot forward when writing to someone, you might want to, ya know, communicate efficiently. Give it a shot!
