For starters, I work with some tough case kids day in and day out, many gang involved, many with a slew of other issues in their lives. Just a average guy like everone else looking for a soul mate. I have two grown sons (30 and 31). I run the seafood market in an Ingles supermarket. I owned a drywall company for 20 plus years but had to shut the doors when the housing crunch hit. I went to culinary school years ago, when i shut my company down, i got back in the kitchen.
